Background

A few words…

The EdTech Talents project is a collaborative endeavour to advance innovation, foster cross-sector partnerships, and enrich learning experiences in the domain of educational technologies.
One of its main areas of focus is the EdTech Mentoring Approach, a flexible framework designed to support researchers through self-reflection, co-creation and competence validation.

This approach was co-developed by blinc eG and MatheArena, whose partnership fostered a creative and open environment that embraced adaptability from the outset. Their collaboration ensured that the mentoring concept is both structured and impactful, while also being highly flexible, making it suitable for a range of research contexts and secondment experiences across Europe.
